Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Executives to join our admissions team. This role involves guiding prospective students through our academic offerings and converting inquiries into successful admissions. Ideal for freshers looking to kick-start their career in sales, this position combines consultative selling with educational guidance in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students and parents to promote course offerings and admission benefits.
• Conduct sales-driven counseling sessions to recommend suitable academic programs.
• Follow up with leads, walk-ins, and inquiries to drive admissions and meet monthly targets.
• Clearly explain course details, schedules, fee structures, and institutional advantages.
• Maintain and update lead records, follow-up status, and admission progress in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and orientation programs.
• Provide pre-admission support and motivate students to make informed decisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language (Tamil preferred)
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
