Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. The role requires a strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and superb interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Visit potential customers for new business and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle objections.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Record sales and order information, and report the same to the sales department.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
