Junior Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to join our travel sales team. In this role, you will support the development of new business, maintain strong relationships with clients, and promote our travel products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel packages, tours, hotel bookings, flights, and other travel services.
• Support senior sales staff in managing client accounts and maintaining long-term business relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and timely responses.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and itineraries based on client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Participate in marketing activities, promotional events, and trade shows when required.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience or internship in sales, customer service, or the travel industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of travel products, destinations, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with booking systems or CRM tools is a plus.
