Junior Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Coordinator to join our back-office sales team at URL 3S PHARMA MACHINERY INC. As a Junior Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and internal coordination. This position is suitable for freshers or individuals with up to one year of experience in sales coordination or support. Your responsibilities will include assisting the sales team in handling customer inquiries, maintaining sales records, coordinating with internal departments for order fulfillment, supporting customer communication via email and calls, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, possess strong communication and organizational skills, be proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), demonstrate the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
