🔹 Role: Jr. Sales Coordination

📍 Location: Vadodara

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare enquiries and quotations in ERP based on inputs from the Sales team.

• Submit quotations and order acknowledgements to clients in a timely manner.

• Track leads and update their status in ERP regularly.

• Generate sales orders in ERP and share with the Project Management team.

• Coordinate with Sales to keep them updated about order deliveries.

• Follow up with clients for timely payment releases.

• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in Business/Commerce/related field.

• 0-1 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
