Service Engineer – Vacuum Division (CSR & Technical Support)
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update CSR register regularly.
• Plan site visits and execute as per schedule.
• Monitor and maintain records of spares at client sites.
• Prepare, submit, and obtain client sign-off on service reports.
• Ensure maximum client satisfaction through timely support and follow-ups.
• Handle installation, commissioning, and after-sales support of:
• Helium Leak Test Machines
• Vacuum Pumping Systems
• Helium Recovery Systems
• Conduct helium leak testing at both client sites and in-house facilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues effectively.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in the Vacuum Division or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of helium leak testing and vacuum systems.
• Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
