Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing sales operations, providing excellent customer service, coordinating sales activities, and facilitating effective communication between the sales team and clients. The individual will play a key role in handling customer inquiries, processing orders, tracking sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in handling sales and providing support to the sales team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
