Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior consultants in coordinating fieldwork, developing project plans, gathering documentation, and liaising with client staff.

2. Conduct on-site visits to observe client operations and develop knowledge of sales strategies.

3. Contribute to drafting reports and presenting them to senior consultants for review.

4. Gather financial and non-financial data, conducting interviews and observations.

5. Analyze data and prepare recommendations to drive client sales and growth.

6. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders through detailed work plans and meeting minutes.

7. Lead primary and secondary research to identify insights and solutions.

8. Contribute to problem-solving, ideation, and hypothesis creation.

9. Develop reports and tools to measure project effectiveness.

10. Document learnings and contribute to proposal creation.

11. Collaborate with the team and client to understand processes and outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
