Key Responsibilities
-Monitor and ensure site-wide safety compliance across all construction activities-Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks with workers-Implement HSE policies, safety protocols, and statutory compliance-Identify hazards, unsafe practices, and enforce corrective measures-Ensure proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all site personnel-Maintain and update all safety documentation, reports, and incident logs-Collaborate with site engineers and subcontractors to enforce contractor-side safety
