✔ Work on W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models
✔ Screen, interview & place top talent
✔ Partner with Account Managers & ensure smooth onboarding
1–3 years of US Staffing IT/ Non-IT recruitment experience
Knowledge of US job boards & sourcing strategies
Familiarity with VMS portals, C2C, W2 & 1099 terms
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Willingness to work in US night shifts
