Junior Recruiter (US Staffing)

We’re growing our team in Bangalore and looking for enthusiastic recruiters who are eager to make an impact in non-IT, functional, and engineering hiring.

What You'll Do:

• Source Candidates:

  Use platforms like Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn to find top talent based on client needs.

• Screen & Match:

  Review resumes, screen candidates, and share the best fits with clients.

• Build Talent Pipelines:

  Maintain strong pipelines for recurring or high-priority roles.

• Coordinate Interviews:

  Schedule interviews, stay in touch with candidates, and help manage the offer process.

• Track Activities:

  Log all your recruitment activities in our ATS (JobDiva).

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment.
• Experience supporting MSP/VMS clients is a must.
• A strong interest in hiring across non-tech and engineering functions.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and job boards.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working night shifts and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proactive, organized, and always eager to learn.
