We are hiring for a role in the Cloud Communications / B2B SaaS sector, supporting rapid customer growth and product-led sales teams. Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles: source, screen, coordinate interviews, and close candidates to meet weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Execute proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search to build pipelines of qualified talent.
Manage candidate flow and hiring metrics in the ATS; keep hiring managers updated and ensure timely interview feedback and follow-ups.
Qualify candidates against role-specific criteria and deliver concise shortlists to hiring stakeholders on strict timelines.
Negotiate offers, manage offer acceptance process, and support smooth onboarding handovers with HR operations.
Continuously iterate on sourcing strategies and contribute to talent-marketing initiatives to improve conversion and time-to-fill.
