About The Opportunity

We are hiring for a role in the Cloud Communications / B2B SaaS sector, supporting rapid customer growth and product-led sales teams. This is a fully remote, target-driven recruiting role focused on high-volume hiring to meet aggressive KPIs across sales, support, and technical functions.Join Mindtel's Talent team to drive end-to-end hiring for a scaling, customer-centric technology company—where meeting targets, improving sourcing funnels, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience matter.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles: source, screen, coordinate interviews, and close candidates to meet weekly/monthly hiring targets.
  • Execute proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search to build pipelines of qualified talent.
  • Manage candidate flow and hiring metrics in the ATS; keep hiring managers updated and ensure timely interview feedback and follow-ups.
  • Qualify candidates against role-specific criteria and deliver concise shortlists to hiring stakeholders on strict timelines.
  • Negotiate offers, manage offer acceptance process, and support smooth onboarding handovers with HR operations.
  • Continuously iterate on sourcing strategies and contribute to talent-marketing initiatives to improve conversion and time-to-fill.
