You will plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment strategies, manage high-volume applications, conduct events, and schedule interviews. Additionally, you will collaborate with campus teams to identify interviewers, manage logistics, and ensure the smooth running of interview days. As the main point of contact for the assigned campus, you will analyze and benchmark recruitment results regularly to refine strategies. Apart from campus recruitment, you will also work on Experienced Professional (EP) hiring across various paths and skills. Your responsibilities will include planning and overseeing sourcing strategies, screening, evaluating, and managing candidates using firm-specific assessment methodologies, guiding candidates and assessors through the interview process, and ensuring timely feedback and seamless communication. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and third-party vendors will be crucial. You will partner with leadership across the firm to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals. Throughout the attraction, interview, offer, and cultivation stages, you will serve as a contact and counselor for candidates, ensuring personalized attention and interaction throughout the recruiting process. Your role will involve ensuring the timely and accurate maintenance of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms, utilizing data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. You will work closely with a diverse set of hiring teams and be part of a dynamic function consisting of recruiters, talent sourcers, recruiting administrators, and experts.
