Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior React.js Developer to be a part of our dynamic development team at IIM SKILLS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building responsive web applications using React.js and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end components and applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Debug and fix issues to ensure smooth performance of applications.
• Assist in integrating APIs and backend services.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions on project improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with Redux, Hooks, and other React libraries.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or React Native.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
