We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our web and mobile applications through detailed manual testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to identify, document, and track bugs to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
Execute manual test cases for new and existing features.
Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla.
Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing before release.
Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
Maintain detailed and organized test documentation.
Assist in improving QA processes and best practices.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings (Agile/Scrum environment).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in manual testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
Experience writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr).
Basic knowledge of databases and ability to perform simple SQL queries.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to automation testing tools (like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).
Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
