Junior Project Manager

You will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of software development projects from initiation to deployment. Working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders, you will ensure timely and high-quality delivery of technology solutions. Your key responsibilities will include planning, managing, and delivering software projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies. You will need to understand project requirements, gather details, maintain clear documentation, and ensure all teams are aligned on requirements and deliverables. It is important to effectively communicate with stakeholders, keep them informed and engaged, define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders, create and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets, and identify and mitigate potential risks. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in software project management, a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time, permanent position located at Koratty Infopark (Thrissur). The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule may involve day shifts and rotational shifts.
