Job Description

Location: Koratty Infopark (Thrissur) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Junior to Mid We are looking for a Software Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development projects from initiation to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Plan, manage, and deliver software projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies. · Understanding project Requirements, gather details and Maintain clear documentation, ensure all teams are aligned on requirements and deliverables · Effectively communicating with stakeholders and Keeping them informed and engaged · Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets. Identifying and mitigating potential risks Requirements: · 2+ years of experience in software project management. · Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). · Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to manage projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
