Integer Consulting & EPC Solution is a dynamic firm dedicated to delivering turnkey interior solutions with precision and excellence. We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Project Coordinator to drive our interior fit-out projects forward with energy and organization.

Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee end-to-end project activities—from BOQ preparation to vendor coordination and billing—ensuring timely and quality delivery of interior fit-out assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily project activities, timelines, and deliverables
• Prepare, verify & manage BOQs and work schedules
• Handle procurement of materials and site logistics
• Oversee vendor and labour teams, including P.O. creation and billing processes
• Support documentation, client reporting, and project handovers
• Collaborate with design and execution teams to align project goals

Required Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD
• Strong grasp of BOQ preparation, procurement & billing
• Ability to manage vendors and labour teams effectively
• Attention to detail and solid organizational skills

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reputed PMC firm in interior fit-out project
