Junior Project Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Project Engineer with a strong inclination toward the HVAC domain, specifically commercial kitchen ventilation systems. The ideal candidate should have the technical capability to interpret and work on AutoCAD drawings, perform site visits for measurements, visualize duct layouts, and coordinate effectively with clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret HVAC and ducting drawings using AutoCAD.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and assess conditions for duct fabrication and blower placement.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve on-site technical challenges.
• Supervise fabrication, ducting, equipment installation, and commissioning at project sites.
• Handle MS fabrication platforms and ensure correct installation of control panels.
• Liaise between design, production, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
• Manage and communicate effectively with site labor and subcontractors.
• This job requires 75% travelling to the sites according to the requirements.

Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering (HVAC specialization more preferred)
• 0–1 years of experience in HVAC projects, ducting, or sheet metal fabrication.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic understanding of mechanical fabrication drawings.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

• Good understanding of HVAC principles and air flow systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination.
• Ability to lead site labour and subcontractors effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to site challenges.
• Basic knowledge of control panels and electrical systems for ventilation setups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,568.95 - ₹20,152.64 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
