Junior Project Engineer

Job Title: - Junior Projects Executive.(Preferred Female Candidate)

# Experience:- 1-3yrs in the same field.

# Qualification:- Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in Civil

# Job Location:- Currently in Kolkata

# Salary:- Upto 25K

# Availability(optional):- Staying near Kolkata Location & has own Bike

# Role & Responsibility:-

1. Prepare Contracts, Work Orders (W.O.), and Agreements

2. Prepare scope of work, BOQ terms, and technical specifications.

3. Review and ensure compliance with the company’s contractual, commercial, and legal conditions.

4. Maintain proper documentation of contracts and variations.

5. Ensure materials comply with IS codes, drawings, and approved vendor lists.

6. Record Periodic Quality Inspection Reports observations and issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) in case of deviations.

7. Liaise with lab/third parties for material and concrete testing.

8. Verify contractor bills and final bills against BOQ and executed work.

9. Cross-check quantities with measurement books, site records, and drawings.

10. Validate theoretical vs actual material consumption.

11. Highlight discrepancies and recommend corrective actions before approval.

12. Must know Excel , Word & Computer proficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
