Junior Project Coordinator

A Junior Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth execution of projects. Your responsibilities include assisting in Project Planning and Scheduling, Team Collaboration, Budget Management, Quality Assurance, and Evaluation. This role is ideal for you as a fresh graduate who is eager to build a career in project management and coordination. You will collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and tasks. Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Maintain project documentation, such as status reports, meeting minutes, and project schedules. Assign tasks to team members and track their progress to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate the allocation of resources, including equipment and personnel, as needed for the project. Monitor project expenses and ensure they stay within budget constraints. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
