Junior Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to keep initiatives running efficiently and successfully.

• Assist in planning and coordinating project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Track progress and support communication between teams and stakeholders
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and schedules
• Help identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support process improvements and best practices within project management
• Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and project activities
• Ensure alignment between project goals and company objectives

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)
• Basic understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
• Fluent in English; German, French, or Italian is a plus
• Based in Switzerland with the legal right to work full-time
