Junior Project Coordinator

Job Description:
Netclues is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator (Fresher) to support project planning, execution, and delivery. You will assist in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Identify potential risks or delays and escalate to project managers
• Organize meetings, follow-ups, and ensure timely communication

Requirements:

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Basic proficiency in MS Office; willing to learn project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana)
• Detail-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
