Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support project activities and ensure smooth execution. The candidate should be fluent in English communication and preferably have proficiency in Marathi to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating project activities.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for project requirements.
• Track progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Handle follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Support the Project Manager and senior coordinators in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream).
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination/administration
• Fluent in English (spoken & written), knowledge of Marathi preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
