Junior Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator with 1 to 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules to ensure smooth progress. You will track deadlines and milestones, updating project calendars for timely task completion. Your role involves managing project documentation meticulously, including project plans, meeting minutes, and reports. Regularly sharing project status updates with stakeholders and ensuring the organization and accessibility of project files are also part of your responsibilities. You will be coordinating meetings and discussions among teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating project goals, updates, and timelines. Being a key point of contact for stakeholders, you will provide them with regular progress updates and gather project requirements and feedback from clients to maintain alignment. Monitoring risks, issues, and blockers to support the Project Manager in resolving them is vital. Additionally, you will assist in resource planning and task prioritization, along with organizing project files, materials, and presentations for easy team access. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring work during the day shift from Monday to Friday at the specified in-person work location.,
