This role provides an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic technical support team focused on automation testing tools. You will work closely with product and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, support customers, and contribute to product improvements. The position involves hands-on testing, documenting solutions, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the product team to perform beta testing and reproduce product issues
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely technical assistance via multiple communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while documenting solutions for knowledge sharing
- Work with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and suggest improvements to product functionality
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and enhancements
- Contribute to the development of support resources, including knowledge base articles and FAQs
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in automation testing (mobile, web-based, API, or WinApp testing)
- Demonstrated self-starting attitude and supportive team spirit
- Ability to effectively multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software tools quickly
