Job Title: Junior Product Specialist

Location:\ Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail\ \-oriented Junior Product Specialist to support

our medical devices portfolio. The role involves assisting with product training,

customer support, market research, and sales coordination to ensure successful

product performance in the field. This position is ideal for candidates looking to

build a long\ \-term career in the MedTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

\- \ Assist in product demonstrations, training sessions, and post\ \-sale support for

healthcare professionals

\- \ Provide clinical and technical support during product trials or installations

\- \ Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to execute product strategies

\- \ Maintain up\ \-to\ \-date product knowledge and share feedback with internal

stakeholders

\- \ Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities

\- \ Prepare product documentation, brochures, and training materials

\- \ Support the Product Manager in managing product lifecycle activities and

field queries

\- \ Collaborate with QA\/RA and compliance teams to meet regulatory

standards

\- \ Collect and report field insights to drive product enhancements

Key Skills & Qualifications:

\- \ Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering,

\- \ 0\2 years of experience in product support, sales, or clinical applications

(internships included)

\- \ Strong communication and presentation skills

\- \ Good understanding of medical devices and hospital workflows

\- \ Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and customer visits

\- \ Ability to work independently and in a cross\ \-functional team

\- \ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is a

plus
