Junior Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize complex customer journeys using Journey Builder, Klaviyo Flows, or

equivalent tools

• Develop modular, dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
• Lead segmentation strategies using SQL across large and complex datasets
• Integrate marketing platforms with CRMs, CDPs, and backend systems using APIs
• Define testing strategies (A/B, multivariate) and optimize based on analytics insights
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM)
• Standardize campaign execution workflows and create reusable frameworks
• Mentor junior automation engineers and champion best practices
• Contribute to marketing technology roadmap and tooling decisions

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or related discipline
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SFMC, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
• Expertise in AMPscript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and marketing data schemas
• Experience with API integrations and automation orchestration
• Proven success in designing scalable marketing programs across channels
• In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations and consent management

Preferred

• SFMC certifications (Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant) or Klaviyo Product Certification
• Experience with mobile messaging (SMS, Push) and in-app channel
