About the Role

Junior Pre-Sales Associates / Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
with potential customers
Qualify leads by understanding business needs and user interest
Schedule and align product demos with the inside sales team
Communicate effectively in
both Hindi and English
Keep CRM tools updated with lead interactions and follow-ups
Address basic customer service queries and guide them accordingly

Who Can Apply:
