Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management ○ Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
○ Maintain payroll records and handle salary-related queries.○ Coordinate with accounts team for statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).2. Attendance & Leave Management ○ Track and maintain employee attendance and leave records.○ Manage biometric systems and ensure accuracy in attendance data.○ Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports.3. Compliance○ Ensure statutory compliance under labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).○ Assist in audits and maintain HR documentation.○ Stay updated with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. 4. Recruitment & Onboarding○ Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. ○ Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.○ Manage onboarding process, documentation, and induction of new employees. Noida, Sector 155 5. Employee Engagement & HR Operations○ Maintain employee records in HRMS. ○ Support in employee engagement activities and grievance handling. ○ Assist in policy implementation and HR-related communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
