Junior Operations Support Executive – Part Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Support Executive to support the daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and policy compliance. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in human resources. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations – daily employee related interactions, Recruitment, recurring action items, Paybooks workflows, maintaining documentation, generating letters, tracking leaves & Tardy, etc. Admin related periodic checks & time-bound activities, physical security, physical inventory, infrastructure, logistics, compliances, Real Estate related issues. IT coordination tasks – account & machine setup of a new hire, IT asset inventory, coordination with IT BLR for support issues (s/w, h/w, n/w, etc.), email backups upon exit, etc. Finance (Accounts & Payroll) related tasks – monthly checklists, LOP, EPFO, statutory deductions, Group Medical Insurance, Form 16/16A & payslips distribution Vendor related coordination – identifying suitable partners or vendors for a task, gathering quotations, task-monitoring, billing, payments Legal cell coordination for contractual vetting, policy review, formal notices, regulatory action-items. This is a part-time WFH role, person is not expected to be on-rolls as a full-time hire, with 100% WFO presence. Candidate may be expected to manage these responsibilities perhaps by investing a couple of hours daily.
