An architecture and project management firm catering to Real Estate projects in Mumbai city for the last 41 years is looking for an office administrative assistant. Preferably Female candidate required between age group of 30-50 years.
Your primary responsibilities (but not limited to) for this post are as follows:
1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Escort clients to scheduled meetings in conference rooms, cabins for meetings with respective clients.
2. Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support clients/visitors. Spoken English is a must
3. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
4. Complete operational requirements by scheduling, coordinating document collection and filings to ensure smooth working of projects.
5. Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
6. Type/ Compile/ Format letters, reports, approval correspondence while being dictated the same. Learning and adopting to standard formatting practices of the office. Typing proficiency is expected.
Job location: Matunga West, Mumbai.
*Office timing:* 10:00 am- 7:00 pm Required work ex: 1-3 years.
