Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Odoo Developer (Python) with .1.5 - 3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, migrating, and implementing Odoo applications, modules, and enhancements. This role requires strong technical expertise in Python and the Odoo framework, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business requirements and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Odoo Development & Customization

• Develop, customize, and enhance Odoo modules and applications as per business needs.
• Design, develop, test, and debug Odoo-based solutions.
• Perform Odoo website development and customization.
• Ensure proper module integration and optimization for performance.

Technical Analysis & Troubleshooting

• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and technical analysis to maintain high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related technical issues.
• Perform Odoo database migration and optimization.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated on latest Odoo releases, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Integration & Support

• Develop and integrate Odoo with third-party services and applications.
• Provide ongoing technical support for deployed solutions.
• Optimize the Odoo database and application performance.

Skills Required:

✔ Python Programming – Strong expertise in Python, as Odoo is built on it.

✔ Odoo Framework Knowledge – Deep understanding of Odoo’s modules, views, and database structure.

✔ Web Development – Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, OWL (Odoo Web Library), Bootstrap for UI customization.

✔ Database Management – Experience with PostgreSQL, Linux environments, and version control systems (GIT, Bitbucket, etc.).

✔ Module Development – Ability to create and customize Odoo modules as per business needs.

✔ Problem-Solving & Communication – Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
