Junior NetSuite Developer & EDI System Support

• Maintain and update NetSuite custom fields, workflows, dashboards, and records.
  
• Assist in developing and deploying SuiteScripts (1.0/2.0 - JavaScript) for basic customizations and automation.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing NetSuite customizations.
  
• Monitor and support EDI transactions through SPS Commerce to ensure smooth data exchange.
  
• Identify and resolve EDI errors from SPS Commerce promptly.
  
• Coordinate with SPS Commerce support teams and trading partners to maintain and improve EDI configurations.
  
• Support connections between NetSuite and third-party platforms such as SPS Commerce, Fispan, or other fulfillment tools.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve system connection issues.
  
• Work with integration tools like SPS Commerce, Fispan, or other middleware to ensure data accuracy.
  
• Assist with administration and troubleshooting of Zoho People, Zoho Sign, and other Zoho applications.
  
• Implement basic enhancements and configurations in Zoho applications as needed.
  
• Maintain and improve Streamlit applications built with Python.
  
• Integrate and update ChatGPT APIs to support application features and user interactions.
  
• Act as the first point of contact for issues related to NetSuite, Zoho applications, Streamlit apps, and SPS Commerce integrations.
  
• Create documentation for common issues and troubleshooting steps.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
  
• Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve workflows and performance.
  
• Ensure all customizations and integrations follow best practices and meet business requirements.
  
• Maintain system integrity, security and compliance.
