Job Description

Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, deliveries, and product details
Track and monitor inventory levels & inform the concerned teams about availability status
Determine threshold for replenishment to avoid stock-outs/overstocks
Create reports for STR & ageing tracking
Maintain product data, purchase orders, and shipment records accurately
Assist with quality checks and escalate issues when required
Prepare basic weekly/monthly reports on inventory, sales, and vendor performance
Collaborate with design, production, and inventory teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

Basic to intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Good understanding of textiles, fabrics, and fashion crafts is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a merchandising or buying role
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
