Junior Media Buyer

As a Junior Media Buyer at our office in Thane, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will be responsible for driving results for our digital products by utilizing your data-driven approach and focusing on conversions. Your main responsibilities will include planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms. You will manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $200k to $500k while keeping a clear focus on ROAS and CPA targets. Collaboration with our creative and video editing team will be essential to ensure that ad creatives perform well. Additionally, you will conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, targeting, and funnels to improve performance. Monitoring analytics and reporting to the Founder on campaign performance and strategic recommendations will also be a key part of your role. Staying updated on platform changes, ad policies, and emerging media buying trends will be crucial to your success. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in running and scaling paid ad campaigns, particularly on Meta and Google platforms. A proven track record of managing large budgets with a high ROI in digital product niches is required. Deep knowledge of Ads Manager, campaign structures, tracking, and attribution logic is essential. You should also possess a strong understanding of funnel mechanics, customer psychology, and performance metrics. The ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams to guide ad angles and briefs is a must. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are also important for this role.
