Job Title: Junior Mechatronics & Testing Engineer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 0–1 Year (Internships Included)

We are seeking a passionate Junior Mechatronics & Testing Engineer to join our team

focused on developing and improving E-Bicycles and Toy Cars. This role is ideal for

recent engineering graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who

are enthusiastic about electronics, mechanical systems, and the e-mobility sector.

The candidate will be involved in hands-on product testing, documentation, process

management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality product

delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Learning & Application:

-Gain in-depth knowledge of the mechanical and electronic aspects of E-Bicycles &

Toy Cars.

-Troubleshoot and solve problems related to mechanical and electronic systems.

Product Development & Testing:

-Participate in the development of new products and enhancements.

-Engage in rigorous testing activities to ensure quality and performance.

Documentation & Process Management:

-Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

-Handle product-related data and assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues.

-BOM Creation.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

-Work closely with other departments to complete assigned tasks.

Project Management:

-Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure their timely execution.

-Handle ad hoc tasks as required and actively contribute to team efforts.

Eligibility Criteria:

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferred Electronics and Mechatronics

Engineering).

-0–1 year of experience (internships included) in Electronics Testings,

manufacturing & operations.

-Basic Knowledge of IoT, Vehicle & Electronics Integration, Edge Case Testings,

Communication Protocols.

-Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and systems.

-Strong coordination and multitasking skills.

-Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.

-Strong interest in the e-mobility sector.

-Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to product development and testing.
