Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Understand department wise vacant position requirements and initiate hiring process accordingly.
Coordinate with HODs and hiring managers on hiring process and hiring plans.
Coordinate with different internal and external sources to source profiles.
Establish contact with prospective employees and coordinate for selection process.
Coordinate with client group to schedule interviews and obtain feedback
Senior level hiring.
Generate candidates' compensation fitments in line with company policy
Ensures complete documentation and completion of formalities related to Hiring Process.
Roll-out employment offers to candidates and develop ongoing relationship with them
Facilitate onboarding of selected candidates by coordinating with other internal departments.
Prepare database/MIS reports pertaining to Recruitment Management.
Ensure completion of pre-employment medical examination of candidates as per Group Mandate
Initiate Background Verification and track status of the report before joining
Maintain dashboard and data related to Medical and BGV of candidates.
Ensure clearing of all recruitment and related bills
Creating vendor ID of new vendors onboarded related to TA
