Key Responsibilities:

• Take and process orders from company clients through the sales team, ensuring accurate entry and tracking throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain client details for company documents and order processing.
• Create invoices, manage account records, and coordinate with clients for timely payments.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders.
• Oversee the entire order-to-delivery process, ensuring smooth transitions across stages to support seamless customer experiences.
