About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team at Softtrix. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for Human Resources, especially those from Humanities or History backgrounds, who are looking to gain hands-on experience in an IT-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, onboarding sessions, and induction processes.
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and internal events.
• Must have experience in IT and technical recruitment — sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and assist with HRMS inputs.
• Draft HR-related communication including policies, internal letters, and notices.
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work culture.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of IT recruitment processes and sourcing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation practices.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Pay: ₹9,590.81 - ₹14,620.38 per month
