Junior HR Recruiter

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT/Sales positions (from junior to mid-level roles).
• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn & Indeed job portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and technical teams.
• Maintain candidate database and prepare regular hiring status reports.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT/Sales recruitment

  (Especially from Cybersecurity).
• Strong understanding of IT skills, job roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel

• Candidates must be based in Mumbai

  and open to working from the office.
