Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Human Resources team, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.As part of the HR function, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the hiring cycle.This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or MBA (HR) professionals to gain hands-on experience in corporate recruitment.

Qualifications

Preferred Female candidates.
2024 & 2025 passed out.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Required Skills

Strong communication skills.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic understanding on recruitment processes
Preferred proficiency in MS Office
Added Advantage: Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
Added Advantage: Internship experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process.
Source and screen candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Keep candidate information updated and organized throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure smooth onboarding.
