As an experienced HR Operations and Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic HR team by handling both strategic and operational aspects of human resources. Your main focus will be on recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations management, contributing significantly to recruitment efforts, HR process efficiency, and overall employee engagement for organizational success. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, including full-time, part-time, and internships. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse sources like job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate selection to ensure the best organizational fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads for a streamlined recruitment process. - Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, enhancing the employer brand. - Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet existing and future hiring needs efficiently. - Collaborate with hiring managers to align job descriptions with organizational requirements and grasp staffing needs effectively. - Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire for process optimization. - Oversee daily HR operations, including managing employee records, HRIS data entry, and document filing. - Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions. - Support performance management processes by aiding in annual reviews and feedback mechanisms. - Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns, fostering a supportive work environment. - Conduct regular audits of HR documentation and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to boost employee engagement and retention. - Support strategic HR initiatives like training, employee relations, and engagement programs to cultivate a positive workplace culture.,
