Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior HR Intern located in Hyderabad. The Junior HR Intern will be responsible for assisting in the management of HR operations, implementing HR policies, and handling personnel management. Daily tasks will include managing employee benefits, keeping HR records updated, supporting recruitment processes, and assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), and Personnel Management
• Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
