Junior HR Executive

Job Title: Junior Human Resources (HR) ExecutiveLocation: Akurdi, PuneReports To:Employment Type:Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, record-keeping, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.Key Responsibilities:• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.• Assist with payroll inputs and attendance tracking.• Handle basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts.• Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR-related documents.• Assist in compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.• 1–2 years of relevant experience in an HR role (internships included).• Basic understanding of HR functions and practices.• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Preferred:• Experience with HRMS or HR software will be an added advantage.• Exposure to recruitment or employee onboarding processes.
