Job Title: Senior Sales Manager Region : Hyderabad, Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh Department : Sales & Business Development Reporting To : Director Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and business development of composite materials like Resins, Gelcoats, Glass Fiber, Mold Release Agents, and Core Materials in the Hyderabad, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh regions. The candidate will be responsible for sales growth, customer relationship management, and market expansion in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for sales generation of Resins, Gelcoats, Glass Fiber, Mold Release Agents, Core Materials. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, OEMs, and end-users. • Identify new business opportunities, projects, and applications in the composites industry. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business plan. • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and educate customers about product applications. • Coordinate with technical teams for product trials, approvals, and after-sales support. • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies. • Handle pricing, quotations, and negotiations with customers. • Ensure timely payment collection and credit control in line with company policies. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management. • Frequent travel across the assigned region to meet customers and develop business. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong understanding of composite materials industry (FRP, GRP, etc.). • Knowledge of applications in automotive, marine, wind energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. • Proven track record of B2B industrial sales and business development. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage large territories independently and deliver results. • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and reporting tools. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at problem-solving. Qualifications: • B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech in Chemicals, Polymers, Mechanical, or Materials Science. • MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred). • 8-12 years of relevant sales experience in composite materials (Resins, Gelcoats, Glass Fiber, etc.).
