Junior HR & Admin Executive

As a Junior HR & Admin Executive at our company, your role will involve supporting day-to-day HR and administrative operations. You will assist in various tasks such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance and leave management, document handling, and general office administration. Experience in a manufacturing setup would be beneficial for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in sourcing and screening candidate resumes - Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities - Help with employee onboarding and documentation - Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data - Coordinate with accounts for bank details and salary disbursement - Assist in PF/ESIC KYC updates and claims - Manage petty cash, housekeeping, office supplies, and vendor bills - Handle courier, guest arrangements, and general office upkeep - Support employee engagement activities and internal communication - Ensure proper filing of HR and admin documents - Assist the HR team with daily operational tasks **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - 01 year of experience in HR & Admin roles (Internship experience acceptable) - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets - Good communication and coordination skills - Organized, responsible, and able to handle routine admin work independently - Ability to manage confidential information professionally In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, our company offers Provident Fund benefits, yearly bonus, and requires weekend availability for the day shift.
