Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone starting their design career or with up to 2 years of experience. You will work on a wide range of design tasks across social media, ads, websites and brand communication. You will collaborate closely with the copy, strategy and media teams to create clean, effective, high quality designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, digital ads, emailers and website graphics
• Support senior designers in developing brand identities and campaign visuals
• Understand design briefs and translate them into visually appealing layouts
• Adapt existing concepts into different sizes and formats for various platforms
• Collaborate with the copy and marketing teams to ensure alignment between copy and visuals
• Maintain design files, follow brand guidelines and ensure timely delivery of all tasks
• Assist in basic motion graphics or GIF based creatives where required
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content

What We Are Looking For

• Strong understanding of design principles such as layout, typography and color
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Basic working knowledge of Canva, Figma or similar tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual quality
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and grow with guidance from senior designers
• Bonus: Exposure to motion graphics, video editing or UI design
