Junior Fulfillment Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fulfillment Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely onboarding and offboarding of patients, device upkeep, and field operations support. This role demands efficiency, time management, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Timely Service Delivery : Ensure onboarding of patients starts within 30 minutes of scheduled time. Complete onboardings on the same day as scheduled. Prioritize service delivery especially in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

2. City-Specific Offboarding Compliance : 100% compliance in offboarding and device pickup in Kolkata, Guntur, and Vizag. Ensure no loss of devices and timely return from retail customers.

3. Field Operations (FO) Workload Efficiency : Support fair distribution of field visits. o Report any inconsistencies in workload across field officers in Bangalore.

4. Device Management : Maintain ≤ 2% lost/damaged devices. Participate in device audits to ensure devices are clean, working, and ready for redeployment. Ensure devices are redeployed quickly and meet hygiene and functionality standards.

5. Learning & Development: Actively participate in internal training programs. o Complete assigned quizzes and gain certifications as required.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of field operations/logistics
• Good communication skills (English and local language)
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Time management and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel locally for field tasks Qualifications:
• Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations/field support/logistics Work Days & Timings:
• 6 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)
• Timings: Shift-based (Morning/Evening depending on onboarding schedule)
