Junior Founder’s Staff

What You’ll Do

• Lead Strategic Initiatives:

   Own projects end-to-end—defining problems, building strategies, and driving execution (e.g., launching a product, optimizing core processes, or exploring new markets).

• Act as a Force Multiplier:

   Work closely with the founder on high-priority issues, board presentations, market research, and data-driven decision-making.

• Build & Scale:

   Contribute to scaling efforts—whether drafting product specs, creating financial models, or setting up new business lines.

• Conduct Analysis:

   Synthesize data into actionable insights; be comfortable with tools for data analysis and communicating complex findings.

• Work Cross-Functionally:

   Act as a bridge between teams, aligning stakeholders and ensuring goals are met.

• Research & Strategy:

   Perform competitive scans, market sizing, user/college interviews, and synthesize findings into briefs/PRDs.

Who You Are

• A Proven Operator:

   2+ years in a high-growth startup, management consulting, or fast-paced environment with strong execution skills.

• A Fast Learner:

   Curious, self-motivated, and quick to adapt to new industries, business models, and technical concepts.

• An Exceptional Communicator:

   Able to present to leadership with clarity and work hands-on with technical or business teams.

• Highly Analytical:

   Skilled in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and deriving insights from data.

• Entrepreneurial:

   Comfortable with ownership, ambiguity, and risk. Action-oriented and excited to build from scratch.
